testing the game

once the people are testing, can we keep our items and levels for the release? Because I am going to be playing all day and want to save my progress

I imagine everything will be reset before release, but only Hydra can say for sure. I definitely hope for a reset, as to be fair to non-alpha/beta testers.

Well in most games alpha are always wipes, betas/obt are 50/50 depending on what bugs there are.

I would have to say it's likely to be that they're will be a reset due to not keeping the tested items and to make the game more fun and lasting for everyone again! As well if their is any unfair kept items.

Especially if certain items are flawed / bugged.

While I do agree with the reset, I think anyone who participated in the alpha test should receive some type of appreciation reward, such as jewels for example.

Yes timber all alpha testers will have some sort of neat compensation.

Are jewels some sort of a premium currency which you can buy with real money,and can you buy only outfits or weapons/equipments with them?

Yep. However, I believe jewels are leaning more towards cosmetic items at the moment. As far as I'm aware, no weapons have been discussed (however, I'm sure there will be some type of weapons available for jewels).
