The option to upload an avatar must be hiding from me, because I can't find that mofo anywhere. Unless, you need a special privilege to upload one or something?

Click "My Account" at the top of the bar. Here you can edit nearly every element of your account, public and private!

Ohhh. I didn't realize you could actually click it. I thought the only options were the ones in the drop-down menu. 

No worries! One other person had this problem today as well. I'll see if I can add something to make it more clear...
